“Pool was a nice temperature, everything clean and in working order. Breakfast was fresh and well stocked. All the employees were super friendly. Loved the lemon water in the lobby. Thanks for the great stay!”

“Under construction. It’s noisy, the hallways and elevators are dusty. Room was ok. Strictly average stay.”

“I told the front desk person it was a prepaid reservation but they charged me twice. Then they said they couldn’t credit the amount back because I had to wait till the next morning to discuss it with the volte manager, starting 7am. The next morning same story. The person in charge at the front desk said the Manager was not it that day and I had to give them a call to discuss my claim. Very very upset and disappointed ”
